The officers and members of Overseas Filipino Civil Engineers Association (OFCEA) are one in welcoming you to ofcea.org, the official website of Filipino Civil Engineers based in the United Arab Emirates. the association founded on October 1997 was established by long time Filipino Civil Engineers working in the U.A.E. to promote camaraderie, civic mindedness and professional growth among its constituency. Today we are proud to let you know that from a motley group of five, we are now 250 strong. True to its objective and with the help of our embassy, the association is active in community service, conducting special classes in computer software applications and assist members of their quest for career advancement.
